近期國內發生境外移入麻疹確定病例，為維護校園健康安全，請全校教職員工生提高警覺，一起共同落實麻疹防治措施💪！
Recently, imported confirmed measles cases have been reported in Taiwan. To maintain campus health and safety, all faculty, staff, and students are requested to stay alert and work together to strengthen measles prevention measures 💪!

麻疹為高傳染性疾病，主要經由空氣、飛沫及接觸病人鼻咽分泌物傳播，感染後可能出現發燒🤒、紅疹🔴、鼻炎、咳嗽😷、結膜炎（紅眼👀）等症狀。由於校園人員往來密集，若未及時防範，容易造成群聚感染風險⚠️。
Measles is a highly contagious disease mainly spread through airborne droplets and contact with respiratory secretions. Symptoms may include fever 🤒, rash 🔴, runny nose, cough 😷, and conjunctivitis (red eyes 👀). Due to frequent close contact on campus, delayed prevention may easily lead to cluster infections ⚠️.

🚨【重要提醒 Important Notice：疑似麻疹者，絕對不可以到校上班、上課！】
🚨【If you have suspected measles symptoms, DO NOT come to campus for work or classes!】

如有疑似麻疹情形，請務必落實「生病不上班、不上課」原則，切勿進入校園，以避免疫情擴散，保障全校師生健康安全。
If you have suspected measles symptoms, please strictly follow the rule of “Do not go to work or attend classes when sick.” Do not enter campus to prevent further spread and protect everyone’s health and safety.

若您為住宿生，出現疑似症狀或經醫師診斷為麻疹，請務必立即通知宿服組，並同步通知以下單位：
If you live in the dormitory and develop suspected symptoms or are diagnosed with measles, please immediately notify the Dormitory Service Division and also inform the following units:

Please cooperate with the following prevention measures:

一、平時落實個人衛生 🧼🙌

1. Maintain Good Personal Hygiene

勤洗手，避免以手觸摸口、鼻、眼睛，遵行咳嗽禮節，咳嗽或打噴嚏時應以衛生紙或手肘遮掩口鼻，並視情況適時佩戴口罩😷，以降低病毒傳播風險。
Wash hands frequently, avoid touching your mouth, nose, and eyes, follow proper cough etiquette, cover your mouth and nose with tissue or elbow when coughing or sneezing, and wear a mask when necessary 😷 to reduce transmission risk.

二、自流行地區入境加強健康監測 ✈️🌍
2. Strengthen Health Monitoring After Returning from Endemic Areas

自麻疹流行地區入境後3週內，應加強自主健康管理。如出現發燒🤒、紅疹🔴、鼻炎、咳嗽😷、結膜炎👀等疑似麻疹症狀，應立即落實生病不上班、不上課原則，避免進入校園及公共場所，並儘速就醫🏥，全程佩戴口罩，就醫時主動告知醫師旅遊史及接觸史，以利及早診斷與防治。
Within 3 weeks after returning from measles-endemic areas, please strengthen self-health monitoring. If symptoms such as fever 🤒, rash 🔴, runny nose, cough 😷, or conjunctivitis 👀 occur, do not attend work or classes, avoid entering campus or public places, seek medical attention immediately 🏥, wear a mask throughout, and proactively inform your doctor of your travel and contact history.

三、赴流行地區做好防護措施 🌏🛫
3. Take Preventive Measures Before Traveling to Endemic Areas

建議1966年（含）以後出生者，如有出國前往麻疹流行地區之需求，可於出國前2至4週至旅遊醫學門診諮詢，評估是否需接種麻疹、腮腺炎、德國麻疹混合（MMR）疫苗💉。出國期間亦應注意個人衛生與防護措施，以降低感染風險。
It is recommended that people born in or after 1966 who plan to travel to areas with measles outbreaks visit a travel medicine clinic 2 to 4 weeks before departure for consultation and assessment of whether they need the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine 💉. During travel, they should also maintain good personal hygiene and take protective measures to reduce the risk of infection.

📢如有疑似麻疹症狀，請務必儘速就醫，並主動通報健康中心，以利學校即時掌握狀況並採取必要防疫措施，共同守護校園健康與安全。
📢If you have suspected measles symptoms, please seek medical attention immediately and proactively report to the Health Center so the university can respond promptly and protect campus safety.
