This time, we invite you to slow down, let music guide your breath, and gently realign your body and mind through soothing sound and mindful movement.

在老師的引導下,我們將用「音樂」療癒心靈,用「呼吸」釋放壓力。
Under the instructor’s guidance, we’ll use music to heal the mind and breath to release tension.
