電子煙不僅無法幫助戒煙，還會導致成癮、中毒、爆炸和致癌等多重危害，若是觸犯以下行為，恐遭重罰

•販賣與展示者-罰款20萬至100萬元

•供應者-罰款1萬至25萬元

•使用者-罰款2,000元至1萬元

E-cigarettes (vaping) are banned in Taiwan,with violators subject to a heavy fine

E-cigarettes do not help with efforts to stop smoking, they are also dangerous and can be addictive, poison users, explode and cause cancer. Individuals who engage in any of the following actions will be fined accordingly:

•Suppliers-Fine of NT$10,000-NT$250,000

•Users-Fine of NT$2,000-NT$1,0,000
