1.麻疹是一種急性、高傳染性的病毒性疾病，通常經由飛沫傳染，自感染至出疹約7-18天，前驅症狀會發高燒、咳嗽、結膜炎、鼻炎，疹子最先出現在面頰及耳後，隨即散佈到四肢及全身，較嚴重者會併發中耳炎、肺炎或腦炎，而導致耳聾或智力遲鈍，甚至死亡。
2.麻疹傳染力強，發生併發症機率高。注射MMR疫苗可有效控制疫情。年長者自然感染終身免疫，疫苗接種者抗體可能逐漸消失，尤其是1981年以後出生。
3.建議以下族群接種麻疹疫苗：醫護人員、經常旅行者、出國遊學留學者。
4.MMR疫苗是用來預防麻疹、腮腺炎、德國麻疹的活性減毒疫苗，其預防效果平均可達95％以上，並可獲長期免疫。

1.Measles is an acute, highly infectious viral disease that is usually transmitted through droplets. It takes about 7-18 days from infection to rash. The prodrome symptoms are high fever, cough, conjunctivitis, and rhinitis. The rash first appears on the cheeks and behind the ears, and then spreads to the limbs and the whole body. In more severe cases, complications such as otitis media, pneumonia, or encephalitis may occur, resulting in deafness, mental retardation, or even death.
2.Measles is highly infectious and has a high risk of complications. The MMR vaccine can effectively control outbreaks. Older people who have had natural infections are immune for life, while the antibodies of vaccinated people may gradually disappear, especially those born after 1981.
3.The following groups are recommended to be vaccinated against measles: medical staff, frequent travelers, and students studying abroad.
4.The MMR vaccine is an active attenuated vaccine used to prevent measles, mumps, and German measles. It has an average preventive effect of over 95% and provides long-term immunity.
