職缺說明：

EUV裝機工程師
● 負責在規定的專案條件以及時間期限內，於客戶端安裝ASML最先進的微影設備，並維持超出客戶期待的成效。
● 在客戶端與來自各國的工程師合作裝機。
● 按照既定規格拆卸ASML產品。
● 在無塵室中安裝和拆卸ASML機台。
● 在半導體廠房中拆卸、運送並組裝高科技微影設備。
● 透過測試設備及測試軟體檢測產品的運行狀況及功能。
● 評估、診斷問題，並做出適當的修復。
● 具備工程、量測、數學、機械、機械電子、電子、應用物理或其他相似領域經驗。
● 對機械、電子或半導體製程了解者，且須具備安全程序知識。
● 具備傑出的溝通能力，能將技術細節轉化為足以做出商業決策的資訊，並與客戶溝通、影響其他決策者。

EUV System Install Engineer
To install leading edge lithographic systems, at the customer site, within specifications, on time, with quality exceeding the customer’s expectations.
● Work together with world-wide engineers at customer side.
● Disassemble ASML products in accordance with established specifications.
● Install and de-installing ASML Machines in a clean room environment.
● De-crating, transporting, and assembling high-tech lithography machines into the semiconductor fab.
● Testing the product for operation and functioning, with the help of test equipment and test protocols.
● Evaluate and diagnose problems and make appropriate repairs.
● BS degree (Engineering, Metrology, Mathematics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, (Applied) Physics) or equivalent experience.
● Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electronics and/or semiconductor processes. Knowledge of safety procedures required.
● Excellent communication skills with ability to digest technical details into information that can be used to make business decisions, communicate with customers, and influence others.

EUV系統升級工程師
● 管理和執行複雜的系統升級，使團隊能夠為客戶展現ASML EUV產品的潛力。
● 提供反饋以改善週期時間和性能，在升級準備和執行過程中利用零錯誤重復概念，並進行升級後的恢復和分析。
● 對微影設備有一定的瞭解。
● 與部門同仁密切合作，排除與解決升級硬體安裝的相關問題。
● 維持和提升個人升級技術和一般工程知識，讓大部分問題能在不進行升級的情況下得到解決。
● 具備高科技產品客戶支援部門的經驗。Ex.微影技術、電力機械或超淨真空。
● 具備電子工程技術、數學、機械工程、物理學、資訊工程相關領域的學士學歷。
● 至多70%的時間需出差，包括訓練課程和支援客戶。
● 有2-3年ASML EUV或NXT系統計量經驗的工程師優先。
● 具備說/讀/寫的英文能力。

EUV Upgrade Engineer
● Manage and execute complex field upgrades and activities, enabling the field teams to unlock the potential of ASML EUV products for our customers.
● Execute hardware for upgrade and perform system setup for complex upgrade packages, difficult field swaps and “bring to spec packages”。
● Provide feedback to improve cycle time and performance, utilize the zero error repeat concept during upgrade preparations and executions, and perform post upgrade recovery and analysis.
● You are expected to have a general knowledge of lithography machines.
● Troubleshoot and solve problems related to upgrade hardware installation in close cooperation with a generalist and coordinator.
● Maintain and improve personal upgrade skills and general engineering knowledge such that majority of the problem can be solved without escalation.
● Experience in a customer support department for high tech products. Photo-lithography, Electro-Mechanical or Ultra Clean Vacuum.
● Bachelors degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Computer Science.
● This position will require international travel(up to 70%) to the field offices worldwide for upgrades implementation and support, and self-development training in the factory or other site.
● Engineers with 2-3 years ASML EUV or NXT systems metrology experience are preferred.
● Precondition: Must be able to speak / read / write English language.

DUV客戶支援工程師
● 具備機械、電機/光電、工程控制、物理或其他相關領域學、碩士學歷。
● 良好的溝通技巧、英文能力佳。
● 具備微影相關實驗室經驗者加分。
● 具備半導體製程經驗或知識者尤佳。
● 能與他人團隊合作，分析能力及工作習慣良好。
● 在客戶端或透過通話分析、診斷並排除設備問題。
● 在客戶端執行機台的安裝、修繕、翻新、升級，並持續維護機台運行狀況。
● 維護並管理機台安裝專案，專案內容包括：初期支援、預測、與客戶開會，並確保與客戶間定期的溝通。
● 提供客戶端相關技術指導。

DUV Customer Support Engineer
● BS / MS major in Mechanical, Electrical / Electro-optical, Controlling Engineering, Physics or other related fields.
● Good communication skills and command of the English Language.
● Fab experience in the Lithography area will be a plus.
● Experience or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred.
● Must be a strong team player, supporting & analytical skill and good working habits.
● Analyzes, diagnoses, and troubleshoots equipment problems via telephone or at customer site.
● Performs installation, repair, retrofits, upgrades and preventive maintenance on equipment installed at customer sites.
● Maintains and manages an assigned installation equipment base. This includes providing primary support, forecasting, conducting customer support meetings, and ensuring regular communication with the customer.
● Provides service education to customer’s service and operations staff.
