Summer Analysts and Associates in the Asia Pacific region participate in an 8 - 12 week program (dependent on your location), designed to fully immerse you in the life of a full-time analyst in your chosen line of business. The program begins with an orientation where you will be given an overview of our organisation and our culture. The internship program is also designed to provide you with training, opportunities to hear from senior leaders and to get involved in our employee networks and corporate social responsibility activities.

You will be given responsibilities early and will be expected to make a significant contribution to the team. As internships mirror full-time positions, they also include goal-setting and a formal review process. Depending on your performance, successful summer analysts/associates may be invited back to join us as a full-time analyst/associate.
