What is the Global Mentorship Program?
As a part of our commitment to gender diversity and inclusion, Micron is launching its Global Mentorship Program focused on giving female students all over the world an opportunity to learn about professional world, acquire new skills, find your voice, and launch a successful career. The program is open to all female students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics and graduating in 2022.

 
Structure of the program
There is no cost to participate in the program
Participants will be selected by the Micron team based on applicants’ resume and essay
The program will run in April-May.
All participants will be broken in teams of 5 students
Each team will have weekly 1-hour long Zoom calls with Micron female Mentors
All Mentors are successful Micron female Leaders with many years of experience
Each team will have 6 weekly virtual meetings and one final global virtual event upon completion of the program

Why you think you should be selected for this program?
What do you expect from this program?

Requirements for participation in Micron Global Mentorship Program
You must be a female student pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering Management
You will be graduating in 2022
Proficient in English language
