工作內容
Glycogenetics is looking for a PhD-level research scientist to join the mammalian cell engineering team. A successful candidate will demonstrate ability to develop and oversee research projects to support the overall R&D program, as well as to work in a team environment.

Tasks:
-Establish mammalian surface display library through genetic engineering
-Establish validation methodologies for the library of engineered cells
-Integrate the mammalian display library with the genetic/chemical screening platform
-Expand the cell culture capacity to support R&D pipelines
-Supervise junior-level research associates to achieve the project goals
-Participate in the discussion of formulating new R&D programs

Requirements
-PhD degree with proficiency in mammalian cell operation, genetic engineering, and/or genetic/chemical screening
-Competence in formulating individual research projects
-Demonstration of team-player attitude
-Proficiency in communication
-Understanding of the importance of proper data handling and scientific integrity
-Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
