工作職稱：NXP Semester Intern

工作地點：高雄市楠梓區經五路 10號（NXP 半導體）

工作日期：7 月 – 12 月

工作天數：暑期每週 5 天，開學後每週三天（含）以上

工作時間：08:15 – 17:00

工作內容：
1. 利用資料分析，定義關鍵製程因子，包含封裝研磨/切割/雷射切割/雷射打印製程

2. 以巨量數據分析，找出製程變因因子，穩定製程條件

3. 比較機台間運作時間差異，改善生產效率

4. 建立數據分析模型，發展預知保養

需求背景：
1. 大三/碩一/博士在學生，數理統計 / 資工 / 資管背景優先。

2. 主動積極，具好奇心探索事物，具溝通能力。

3. 熟悉 R / Python / 資料分析技術優先

Work Days：Weekday in summer, at least 3 days in semester

Working hour：08:15 – 17:00

Job Description:
- Define process improvement of pre-assembly process, including grinding, sawing, laser grooving, laser marking by data analysis.
- Increase process stability by using automation and standardization.
- Improve efficiency of production machines for best performance of operation.
- Doing data science on key machine performance index and predictive maintenance.

Requirements
1. Bachelor majored in Computer science, Statistics or relevant.
2. Proactive mind, curiosity and want to learn communication skills.
3. Be familiar with R / Python. Data analysis skills is preferred.
