職位名稱 國外線上客服助理(夜班)

工作內容 *Working Time：
-Night Shift working time : Fir.- Mon. 10:30 pm to 9:30 am.(as we work in accordance with PST)
1.Serve customers from around the world using Live Chat to communicate with them instantly and also via email.
2.Learn how E-Commerce works from handling various situations including marketing/promotions, payment, shipping, post-sales service etc.
3.Fully engage with each customer with your passion to serve and wow them with your problem solving skills as well as your friendly attitude.
4.Learn how to resolve issues through intensive training, negotiation and creative thinking.
5.Utilize your English education and problem solving skills to create lifelong Newegg fans.

工作性質 ■全職

工作待遇 40,000元/月-43,000元/月
